Microsoft have determined a number of servers being unavailable. They are in the process of migrating across to the "Healthy" servers whilst they try and resolve the issues with the faulty ones. The next expected update from them is at 15:00hrs (UK time).

We are experiencing an issue with connecting to outlook. The issue is currently being investigated by Microsoft as this is impacting all Exchange users. We are monitoring the events and will update everyone as and when we receive updates. Please be advised Slack is functioning for messaging and access to other online services (Box, Smartsheet etc...) are working as normal.
